Before
- Meet to discuss and advise menu options
- Determine and recommend optimal set-up for dining
- Assist with and recommend on-course fundraising ideas
- Offer alternative ideas that may further the overall enjoyment of the event
- Set-up of all on-course games and needs
During/After
- Monitor course and assist in the speed of play
- Provide all facility and meal set-up and preparation
- Collect all on-course prizes, score the event and deliver the results
- Assist in all prize giveaways, raffles, etc. if requested.
